Brett Buttacavoli is Managing Director of Hillmont Group, which he founded in 2021. With nearly two decades of recruiting experience, Brett is a recognized leader in advising organizations on the recruitment, assessment, development, and retention of executive technology talent.

Brett partners with mid-sized companies navigating transformation, modernization, and emerging technology initiatives. His clients range from high-growth entrepreneurial ventures to private equity-backed organizations undergoing rapid evolution.

Prior to founding Hillmont Group, Brett spent 15 years at a privately owned recruiting firm serving global financial services companies including Bank of America, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley. During his tenure, he launched and led the firm’s first specialized practice focused on Automation technologies as these capabilities were first going mainstream in enterprise environments.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He lives in Monmouth County, NJ, with his wife and three children.
