Brett Buttacavoli brings over 17 years of expertise in IT staffing and workforce solutions, complemented by 2 years of experience in corporate IT. His passion for technology began early—at just 14, he founded a web design company, earning recognition for his entrepreneurial spirit.
In 2017, Brett launched FortyOak, a trailblazing division of Mitchell Martin Inc., specializing in Robotic Process Automation workforce solutions. Building on this success, he founded Hillmont Group in 2021 with a vision to blend executive search rigor with deep expertise in emerging technologies.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He lives in Monmouth County, NJ, with his wife and three children, valuing quality family time above all.
